Educational Goals

Business reasoning and complex organization management involving diverse cultures are not innate abilities. They are reflexive and active disciplines based on specific abilities and skills that one can acquire only through adapted training and understanding of exchange as a strategic value for companies.

As a breeding ground for future managers of European-Japanese or Chinese relations, Eurasiam has three principle objectives in education:

Understanding and Action

Today, it is no longer possible to restrict international management training solely to teaching international trade.

Being a European manager in Japan presupposes the ability to analyze rules and practices of management in both European and Asian contexts. Understanding social backgrounds and seizing opportunities for interaction between societies are of the utmost importance.

Commercial success comes through the ability to confidently manage divergent information, to view human relations as a strategic resource and to generate both creative and innovative thought.

Professional Mobility

Geographic and functional mobility allows our students to become promoters of change when leading teams. We want them to assimilate new resources into strategic planning and to build synergies based on skills and knowledge.

Conception, Management and Integration

It is essential to control strategic, technological and, above all, human parameters in order to guarantee one’s credibility in the Japanese market and to allow for joint valorization of company departments.

Through cultural immersion and exchange politics, future managers will be able to put personal and organizational potentials in perspective according to economic, financial, juridical, and human contexts. It is within these contexts that an international project materializes.
